How long will it take?

95% of jobs are completed within 1-2 hours.

What happens if you need more time?

Additional time (if needed) is provided as a fixed quote at £49 per half an hour.

Additional time (if needed) is provided as a fixed quote at £25 per half an hour.

This means, once approved by you, no matter how long it takes us to complete the job, your price is fixed!

Can I send photos/video?

We prefer to see the job in person to make an accurate assessment.

Sometimes things look different in photos/videos.

Can I get a quote for a bigger job?

Quotes for bigger jobs are booked in the same way.

If no work has been carried out, the assessment fee will be deducted from the quote (applies to quotes exceeding 4 hours labour).

How do I pay?

The first hour is paid via card payment to secure the booking.

Additional time & materials (if needed) can be paid by cash, card or bank transfer.

Payment is made in person, direct to the engineer via cash or bank transfer

Does this include materials?

Materials are charged in addition to labour & we’ll only charge for materials used.

Does the work come with a guarantee?

All work comes with a 1-year guarantee! T&C’s

Does this include VAT?

We don’t charge VAT, so this is the rate you’ll pay.

Which address do you need?

The address of the property we’re needed at.

If it’s a tenant, friend or family member, please put their address & contact details for access.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes! All receipts are sent automatically via text message to a digital link.

These can be used for your own records or to claim the money back from landlords/insurance companies etc.
